Located in Ponca City, Oklahoma this spec building is named “Duke”. We constructed this 40,000 sq ft building for the city and it’s ready for the next local business to move in! The front office space ties in beautifully to the main warehouse space of this building. The horizontal exterior panels add great curb appeal and distinguish the warehouse space from the office space.

What a great project! The successful execution of a project of this size can be attributed to the time and collaboration between Morehead construction and Nucor Building Systems during the pre-construction phase. People tend to throw out buzz words like ‘partnership’ but the relationship between MC and NBS is a true partnership.
